During a meeting with FIFA President Gianni Infantino and U.S. Soccer President Carlos Cordeiro in the Oval Office, Trump is presented with a referee's wallet.
Infantino: You know in soccer we have referees?
Infantino: And they have cards.
Infantino explains that there's a yellow card to be used as a warning, and a red card that is used when you want to kick someone out. Trump immediately pretends to throw it at the reporters.
