Judge in Manafort case dismisses jury for the weekend; they will reconvene at 9:30 a.m. ET Monday to continue deliberations.— NBC News (@NBCNews) August 17, 2018
The jury in the Paul Manafort trial passed a note to Judge T.S. Ellis letting him know that they're shooting to end Friday's deliberations because one of the jurors has plans.
In note, jury tells the judge they're looking to finish deliberations for the day at 5 p.m. ET, because one of the members of the jury has an event they'd like to attend tonight.— NBC News (@NBCNews) August 17, 2018
At least that means Manafort has to spend another weekend in jail before finding out he has to spend the rest of his weekends in jail.
