Trump sat in the Cabinet Room surrounded by members of Congress and reluctantly read a prepared statement "clarifying" the remarks he made during the press conference with Putin where he sided with Putin over the United States intelligence agencies' conclusion that Russia interfered in the 2016 election.
It's obvious he barely read through it first; he sounds like a little kid reading an apology to his teacher that his parents wrote for him. He appears to go off-script after he says he "accepts our intelligence's conclusion that Russia's meddling in the 2016 took place," when he continues with, "...could be other people, also. There's a lot of people out there." So, he accepts the conclusion it was Russia, but says it could also be other people. Those two things can't both be true.
Then he says, "There was no colusion." (I meant to spell it that way)
You can see that he wrote on the statement, in black marker, "There was no colusion." One "L."
