After Rep. Trey Gowdy grilled FBI Agent Peter Strzok for well over his allotted five minutes, Strzok responded to the accusations that the private text messages to ex-FBI lawyer Lisa Page, who he was having an affair with, show that he and the FBI and the DOJ were biased against Trump leading up to the 2016 Presidential election.
The text message in question was in response to Page texting that Trump's "not ever going to become president, right? Right?"
Strzok responded, "No. No he won't. We'll stop it."
That exchanged probably happened between countless men and women having affairs all across the country leading up to the election, where the "we" didn't mean them personally, or the company they worked for, but the collective we, the rational-minded populous.
