Former Secretary of State John Kerry has some words for Trump after how Trump chose to start the NATO summit. Those words include "disgraceful," "destructive," and Kerry also seems to (accurately) accuse Trump of fawning over Putin.

Translation: "Shut your damn mouth!"
The incident John Kerry is referring to is what Trump said about Germany at a breakfast with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
"I think trade is wonderful. I think energy is a whole different story. I think energy is a much different story than normal trade. And you have a country like Poland that won't accept the gas. You take a look at some of the countries - they won't accept it, because they don't want to be captive to Russia. But Germany, as far as I'm concerned, is captive to Russia, because it's getting so much of its energy from Russia. So we're supposed to protect Germany, but they're getting their energy from Russia. Explain that. And it can't be explained - you know that.Thank you."
German Chancellor Angela Merkel clapped back.
"I wanted to say that, because of current events, I have witnessed this myself, that a part of Germany was controlled by the Soviet Union. And I am very happy that we are today unified in freedom as the Federal Republic of Germany,"
And then he played nice during a press appearance with Chancellor Merkel saying, "we have a tremendous relationship," you know, like how two-faced sociopaths do.
